Changing of the guards at Buckingham Palace London

Kew Gardens, West London

For detailed information on opening times and entrance charges see Kew Gardens web site.

Getting there:  Tube to Kew Gardens.      By road in a westerly direction along the A4 towards Heathrow Airport. At Chiswick roundabout follow the signs.

The Royal Botanical Gardens at Kew are the home to the largest seed bank in the world.  They have just been named as a World Heritage Site and were recently voted No 1 gardens to visit in the UK.

Kew Gardens are on the banks of the Thames. There is a ‘sister’ garden in Sussex called Wakehurst - known as “Kew in the country”.

Wakehurst Place can be reached by car or there are bus services from Crawley, Haywards Heath (6miles) or East Grinstead (8 miles) rail stations.

Windsor, Kew Gardens and Kew Palace

A visit to Windsor Castle is essential as it is one of the world's greatest surviving medieval castles. This 8-hour tour will also take you to the beautiful Kew Gardens plus a visit to the former royal residence, Kew Palace, which has recently reopened after extensive renovations.
This tour is seasonal and operates from May to October only.
